Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Paint parties are $45/person unless otherwise noted. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Final guest count and full payment are due at least 48 hours before your event. For parties of more than 10 guests, final headcount and payment are due 7 days in advance. Custom designs are available for an extra fee with 2 weeks’ notice. Cancellations & Refunds Cancel 7+ days before the party to apply your deposit toward a future event (must be used within 90 days). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. In special cases, we may offer a credit. Travel & Setup Travel within 30 miles of Granbury, TX is included. Additional mileage may incur a fee. We supply aprons, brushes, paint, pre-traced canvases, easels, and table covers. You provide the space, tables, and chairs. Participation & Liability Guests paint at their own risk. We are not responsible for paint spills, clothing damage, or other accidents. Children under 13 must have adult supervision unless otherwise arranged. Photos & Promotion We may take photos during your party for marketing. Let us know before the event if you prefer not to be photographed.
